Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc. products are usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS or a comparable carrier. The processing of your order can vary from 3 to 7 days or 4 to 6 weeks if items are on backorder. You will be notified if an item is on backorder within 1 to 3 days of your order. The orders are shipped by ground service. They average 8 to 10 business days from the date of the order to reach their destination. When calculating the actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. At this time, Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc. offers free shipping on all product orders. Please include a complete address for all orders. If you have a defective or damaged item to return, you will be responsible for any postage and packing cost to ship the item back.

All Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc. product orders are non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged or is in fact defective arrival; please contact store@buildingkingdomcitizens.org or call 314-310-6998 with order information and photos showing the damage. Returns are addressed on a case by case basis.
