Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc. collects information in a variety of ways. See the following for an explanation:

• Anonymous: Our server collects the IP address (the general location where the user is logged in) of every visitor to our website to diagnose issues, analyze trends, and gather broad demographics in order to improve the site and deliver relevant and customized content. The IP addresses are not linked directly to any personally identifiable information.

• Contact Forms: When you contact us through any and all of the contact forms on our websites. We will use this personal information (i.e. email address, name, phone number, mailing address etc.) only for the purpose of what is stated or implied at your consent.

• Newsletter & Volunteer Signups: When you sign up to become a volunteer or for the newsletter we will use your first name, last name, email address, phone number and social media profile names only for the purpose of what is stated or implied at your consent.

• Online Store & Donations: When you purchase a product from the BKC store or make an online donation; we have to collect certain personal information from you such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, mailing address and payment information. This personal information is used only for the purpose of what is stated or implied at your consent whether it is fulfilling a product order or providing a tax receipt. It is never sold and is used only to communicate with you, screen online orders for potential fraud or risk and provide information regarding any related BKC products or services.

There are instances where BKC uses a trusted third-party service providers (i.e. PayPal, WooCommerce, Cash App, Venmo, Breeze, Givelify, Tithely, Wix Ecommerce etc. ) to help us collect and process information. These providers may have access to store or process personal information as part of their role in providing services to us. The information given to them is limited to what is necessary to reasonably perform their functions.

Use of Cookies & Similar Technologies

Cookies are small data files that the BKC website transfers to any electronic device browsing our website. Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc. also uses other “cookie” technologies such as pixel technology (i.e. Facebook pixel, TikTok pixel) and other software like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and Facebook Ads. These all assist with general analytics of how visitors browse and use the website so your experience can be tailored to your interests. Cookies also help BKC improve our services on the website, apps and social media platforms. Your web browser is probably set to automatically accept cookies; as today it’s considered industry standard. Certain web browsers offer a “do not track” feature that lets you tell a website not to track you but these functions are not uniform across the industry so the BKC website will ignore “do not track” signals it picks up from web browsers. However, you are able to disable cookies within the browser just be aware that as a result certain areas of the BKC website may not function properly. In addition, rejecting the cookies does not mean all information tracking ceases.

BKC takes all reasonable steps to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We store electronic and physical files that are secure including restricted access to records and password protocols.

All personal information submitted through the Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc. online store is transmitted by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a qualified coding system that triggers your web browser to automatically encrypt and scramble the data before you send it to us. Your personal information is also off-limits to everyone except certain qualified staff of Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc.

We retain your personal information throughout your relationship with BKC. When you give a donation or place an order through the website, we will maintain your order information for our records unless you ask for us to delete the information. We do not maintain your financial information including credit card numbers and account numbers as they relate to purchases and donations. Our third-party ecommerce site may be responsible for maintaining said financial information such as credit card numbers and account numbers or allow for recurring transactions to be set up separate from Building Kingdom Citizens, Inc. If or when you terminate your relationship with BKC, we will usually continue to store archived copies of your personal information for legitimate business reasons to comply with the law. Regardless, BKC will continue to store anonymous and anonymized information including website visits without personal markers to improve our overall services.
